I strive for the same goal as you… to sell your home as quickly as possible for as much money as possible. I will conduct a comprehensive walk-though evaluation of your home making recommendations for both inside and outside space. I will provide suggestions for improvement and ideas that are sure to entice all potential buyers.
Verbal Consultation $150 (2 hour maximum)
Verbal and Written Consultation $250 (2 hour maximum and includes written report within 72 hours)
